Terms and conditions
The terms that apply between you and Pulsar Group once you open an account and start trading.
Updated on 1 September 2026
Who is eligible for an account
You need to be eighteen or older and have the legal capacity to sign a contract in your country of residence. Each person may hold one account, in their own name. An account opened for another person, or under a name that is not yours, is closed, and its balance goes back to where it came from.
Verification
Looking around does not require verification. It is needed before you first withdraw, and we may request it sooner where the law says so. If verification cannot be finished, the account can only send funds back to their source.
Trading and risk
Prices move, and leverage enlarges that movement whichever way it goes; with high leverage, a small move against you is enough to close a position. The ticket shows the liquidation price before you confirm, and the margin ratio is tracked for as long as a position is open, yet the decision and whatever follows from it remain yours. Only trade money you can afford to lose.
Orders and execution
An order instructs us to trade at the best price on offer when it reaches the market; it does not guarantee any price. When markets move fast, the fill may not match the price you saw. A stop order turns into a market order once triggered, so the same is true of it.
Fees
Fees are published for each account tier and appear on the ticket before you confirm. Funding on a futures position is displayed on that position. Before a published fee changes, we give notice.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are accepted only from an account held in your own name, and withdrawals return along the same route. Crypto withdrawals leave once the network confirms them, and a transaction broadcast on a public chain cannot be undone: double-check the address.
Keeping your account secure
Do not share your password, enable two-factor authentication, and close sessions on devices you have stopped using. Anything instructed from a signed-in session counts as coming from you. Contact support as soon as you suspect someone else can get in.
Suspension and closing an account
We may suspend an account when we are obliged to, when verification fails, or when activity points to fraud or market abuse. You may close your account whenever you like, once open positions are settled and the balance has been withdrawn.
Liability
We are responsible for operating the platform with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for how markets turn out, for losses resulting from your own decisions, or for interruptions beyond our control, such as network or exchange outages. None of this excludes a liability that the law does not let us exclude.
Changes and contact
These terms are revised as the platform evolves, with the date shown at the top. Using the account after a revision means you accept it. Send questions to support@pulsar-group.co and formal notices to legal@pulsar-group.co.
